London Pinder Carnegie Hall Performance

Greetings Friends!
Let me start off by saying that my daughter is an amazing singer. Anyone who hears her voice agrees. She has won numerous awards, participated in the TCDA State Honor Choir and dreams of becoming a famous singer. She has been fortunate to receive this amazing gift and I would like to do anything I can to nurture it.
Recently, her choir teacher nominated her to be a part of the 2014 Middle School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall. We recorded her audition and sent it in with high hopes. Our greatest joys were realized when we found out that she was one of only 160 students across the US and Canada to be selected to be a part of this prestigious performance.
We quickly became aware that the cost of this program was out of our reach. With her father currently seeking employment and myself recently recovered from surgery, funds were low and our hopes of sending London to perform on stage at Carnegie Hall dwindled. Not wanting her to miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, I decided to turn to you - our friends and loved ones - for support.
London already received a $250 scholarship through the program, but we still need roughly $5000 to cover the additional costs of the program, travel, meals, incidentals and GoFundMe fees.
We hope that you will watch the video and that you might share with us any amount you can spare and that you would share this message with your friends as well. The hope is to raise enough for London and I to travel together for this experience. However, as much as it frightens me, I will send my daughter to New York alone if we do not raise enough for both.
