Logan has Spinal Muscular Atrophy with Respiratory Distress. This is a genetic neuromuscular condition. It is life -limiting. We want the oppurtunity to make memories and go on family adventures. Our goal is to give Logan the best quality of life possible. We would appreciate any help or resources you could provide.
