With the dedication and support of my Coaches and teammates as well as a lot of hard work , on January 12, 2014 the 1st goal on my list for this year was achieved! I took 1st place at USA Taekwondo National Team Trials for Cadets light/middleweight. I am now a team member of the 1st Cadet National team and the 1st Kansan to make the USA National Team for Taekwondo.

This win opened the door for my goals and dreams to expand to include World Cadet Taekwondo Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan. Along the road for this journey will include several training opportunities with the top coaches and athletes in the nation!

With dreams of traveling to Baku to compete at Worlds, one of many pieces of the puzzle that will help me reach my dream of winning a spot on the 2020 Olympic team and limited funding, I'm reaching out to friends and family for any level of support. Any amount helps tremendously and is greatly appreciated!
