Casey's LIVE OUT LOUD FOUNDATION

My name is Casey Connor. I started a non profit 501C3 called the
LIVE OUT LOUD FOUNDATION. www.LiveOutLoudFoundation.org 
This is a program where girls and boys have experienced the loss of a parent, sibling or caretaker to celebrate life.
It’s a place where kids can laugh, play, create and celebrate the person who passed away and transform the grief that weighs them down by LIVING OUT LOUD!

Turning tragedy into triumph!

It’s a place where they can feel supported as everyone participating has been through something similar and understands what it’s like to lose someone important to them. It’s a home away from home.

Through Casey telling her own story of losing both of her parents as a teenager Casey serves as an example and inspiration to kids all over the nation by helping them understand that things do get better by being living proof of LIVING OUT LOUD!

The kids will get to be around others that are going through the same things that they are while attending daily activities that include sports, music, dance, drama, art, grief activities and so much more! This will be held in a Los Angeles Recreational center and will have over 10 volunteers daily as well as 2 psychologists specializing in children and families.

We need the funding to start this as we already have hundreds of kids looking to be a part of this program asap in the Los Angeles area. We are hoping to grow this nationally so all kids can benefit from a program like this.
