I hit my bottom in 2009. The frustration and anger at my son for repeating destructive behaviors and at myself for not being able to control or cure him began to affect my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I couldn’t go on the way I had been.
Transforming to Joy begins here, with the conscious choice I made to change. I am happy to share with you my story about my relationship with my son, Adam. Through this relationship, I have learned to live a more aware, truthful, appreciative, and loving life.
