Urgent Surgery for my Mom

In 2009, my mom (Lisa Nemets) underwent essential reconstructive surgery. To shorten the story, this surgery was totally botched by the doctor, leaving her in horrible physical and emotional pain. Two more surgeries were required, in 2010, and 2011,  which were costly, to try to reconstruct (unsuccessfully) what was destroyed in the first surgery. Last year, Mom’s medical condition began to change and deteriorate for the worse. She is now in urgent need of a 4th surgery. After searching and consulting different professionals, she feels that she has found the right doctor, a great surgeon who has a incredible amount of experience, including treating combat and disaster victims/patients. The surgery needs to be done as quickly as possible. The plan is to let her body heal for 6-12 months afterwards, and reassess if she will then require a 5th surgery. The cost of this urgent surgery is $6,000 and insurance will not pay for this. They do not have the money to pay for it. For those of you who know and love my mom-you know that she is caring and compassionate, and always been among the first to help so many others in need…now she is urgently in need herself.
