Lia’s LUMPIA food truck is a dream come reality when Hunters Home Kitchen took on the Great Food Truck Race: Holiday Hustle (season 11). Lia’s LUMPIA, consisting of Chef Spencer Hunter, sous chef/mom Benelia (Lia), and food truck driver/saleswoman Tania. Finishing as the 2nd place team (runner-up), LL is looking to get a food truck on the road early 2020. Representing Filipino culture, San Diego and local Paradise Hills has been an honor and we want to keep the continued exposure.
