We, J P Rose and Feux, have decided to launch this campaign with our new music video for 'Let's Get Lost', which touches on the issues of mental health amongst youth nowadays.
We have teamed up with the creative arts collective Lost Bond to fundraise for YoungMinds.
'Let's Get Lost' song description:
LGL is a sentimental anthem, targeting the mental health problems common amongst the youth community nowadays. We wrote this song with the aim of letting young people know that they are not alone in their struggles, and can open up to each other when times are rough. Kxmel’s hard-hitting & soulful production compliments the MCs’ thought-provoking lyrics.
The music-video, directed by Tom Reeves, takes the sentiment of LGL to the next level, painting it as a relatable & meaningful narrative that goes along with the lyrics perfectly. The video’s narrative displays how something as simple as the comforting presence of a good friend can alleviate the pressures of the crazy world around us.
Lost Bond Biography:
We are Lost Bond, a collective creating a narrative on the subject of mental health. Our aim is to positively change the perceived stigma of poor mental health through conversation and artistic expression. We want people to feel comfortable opening up to find help and support and to use their experiences and insights to benefit other sufferers.
