U.S. Marine-LCpl Ashton, Camryn

Donation protected
LCpl Ashton, Camryn was deployed with Company E, 2D Battalion, 1st Marines, 1st Marine Division when he suffered a stroke and seizures aboard Camp Fuji, Japan.  Camryn was in a coma for a couple weeks in a local Hospital where his family and his unit remains by his side.  After the MRI, Camryn was diagnosed with an Intraventricular Hemorrhage (IVH).   He was born with a vascular malformation called Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) in his brain which has been applying pressure on a smaller vessel connected to the affected area.  He recently had surgery to stop the bleeding and hopefully soon the hospital will stabilize him for transport back to the United States where he will have to undergo extensive therapy.  Prayers will be needed for him and his family and any donations you could spare will help the family be able to maintain daily visitation while away from work and the United States.
