Century Ride Fundraiser - Parker's Team

Donation protected

As we begin 2013, the New Year is full of possibilities. My new years resolution is to try new things and challenge myself.
Riding my bike and being involved in charitable events are things that I already enjoy doing, but I was wondering how I could use these passions and make a bigger difference in my community?
To my surprise, I discovered Central Valley Cycling Charitable Association (Parker's Team) who has raised over $600,000.00 in donations for various charities both local and national since 2006... all by riding their bikes.
In order to join this amazing group of cyclist- who will soon become my mentors, coaches, and new friends - My challenge for 2013 is to help raise $1,000.00 and training to ride my first Century Ride (100 miles) on June 9th in the Los Angeles River Ride.
This year all charities that we are riding for are Local Non-Profit Groups, focused on helping the children in our community. 100% of all donationswill go straight to these children... helping them go to summer camp, learn how to ride bikes, and build self confidence & self esteem .

I am hoping to exceed my $1,000.00 goal and can't wait to push myself the next 5 month and ride 100 Miles. Having your support and knowing that my riding will positively impact so many children and people in my community, will continue to motivate me every step (pedal) of the way.

No Donation is too small because together we can make great things happen ... Thank You !
