<div>It's all in aid of a very good cause, raising vital funds for the incredible work of Breast Cancer Now, while also raising awareness about the lesser-known stage of the disease that is stage four.

<div>This cause is incredibly close to my heart. I was diagnosed with metastatic (stage 4) breast cancer when I was 39. I'm four years into a diagnosis that many people don't survive past five years, but I'm living a brilliant life that allows me to take on crazy fundraising adventures like this one.

<div>Tour de 4 was set up by Sir Chris Hoy in 2024, after the Olympic cyclist was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. After riding in the first event in September 2025, I'm heading to Glasgow again on September 6th with my husband Mark, who'll be cycling alongside me for Prostate Cancer UK.

<div>We want to raise as much as money as possible for these two charities that are so close to our hearts, but we also want to raise awareness about stage 4 cancer, and how we're living and thriving despite my illness and the many challenges it represents.
