Stephen-Julie Trabanino is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Lance Pawlik.
Early Sunday morning (8/27), during the flooding caused by the torrential rains of tropical storm and hurricane Harvey, Lance Pawlik's home in Dickinson, TX severely flooded and nearly all of his belongings were lost. Waiting out the storm with his brother and sister-in-law in Friendswood, TX, - they too flooded also losing nearly everything - all had to be rescued by boat. During the next few days, Lance, the Operations Manager at Ellington Airport (public and military use airport in Houston, TX) slept on a cot at the airfield as he continued to work around-the-clock assisting the Coast Guard and Army with all their rescue operations. Despite great personal (material) loss, Lance worked diligently for the next few critical days to assist the Coast Guard and Army as they continued to save lives of fellow Houstonians and Texans all throughout the area!
Lance is a native Texan, godfather, avid fisherman, and also an member of the Knights of Columbus at the Shrine of the True Cross Catholic Church in Dickinson, TX.
Please consider helping to support Lance as he continues to help and support his fellow neighbors and "brothers and sisters!"
Funds will be used directly for Lance's immediate and long-term needs as he begins to rebuild his home and replace nearly all of his personal belongings (vehicle, household supplies, clothing, etc).
This fundraiser was put together by Stephen and Julie Trabanino of Houston, TX . They are personal friends of Lance Pawlik. Lance is godfather to their son, Joseph. Funds will be accessible directly to Lance so that he may withdrawl it in the amounts and at the time(s) of his convenience.
