Lakhan's Kidney Transplant

My name is Pardeep Kaur and we are raising money for an underprivileged family in our village in Punjab, India. The family needs $10,000 for their son, Lakhan, who is only 13 years old and recently found out that both of his kindneys have failed, and is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. It means so much to me personally because I have seen Lakhan and his family struggle for so long. Lakhan lost his father when he was just 8 months old from throat cancer. We, as a family, have helped as much as we possibly can, and now are looking for additional help. The doctors say the surgery has to be done by May 15th.
