The Living Waters Farm is a gift to the world from God Almighty...and visiting this farm is life changing for all! It's truly a farm-for-all, and we often hear words like "it feels like home" or "it's SO peaceful here"...that's what the way things look when they are in the hands of the Living God...indescribably beautiful!
The farm is situated on 22.5 acres approximately 40 miles north west of Washington, DC and it sits at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Once part of a 1,000 farm; the farmhouse was home to the original farming family, and it was subdivided out of the 1,000 acre tract when the heirs of the estate of the original owner couldn't pay the inheritance taxes. The property was purchased in 1998 and no commercial farming has taken place since that time.
When the farm first changed hands, it was named "Trinity Acres" as a testament to the faith of it's owner. In 2015 the name was officially changed to it "Living Waters Farm".
The Living Waters Farm has grown in popularity since our 1st Living Waters Farm Event in 2016 where 27 states and 3 countries were represented here. And now, God has whispered a vision for us to "DO EVEN MORE" in His name here at the farm. For this reason, we're embarking on a 3 Phase farm expansion project. Phase I is the most pressing of all due to our immediate needs and current commitments. In this Phase, we will be making changes to the existing 3600 sq ft horse barn that will allow us to eliminate the need to rent expensive tents to house our guests in the future. We're driven to "restore" and not replace, so we'll be moving the existing 2 inch white oak walls and "pushing" them back to the outer walls to help protect the nature of the horse barn while we open it up! Once we complete this Phase of our project, we'll be able to accomodate 0-275 people at any time, for any purpose. We NEED your support!
The funds that we raise will cover the necessary materials, equipment rental to do the work, and we'll be contributing sweat equity via volunteer labor. In the event we raise more than needed for Phase I, we'll keep the funds in reserve for Phase II.

2nd Level Giving $50.00
Our 2nd Level generous donors will have a personalized stall name sign hung in honor of you! The name signs will be made using old barn wood and they will be a “forever” symbol of your support and generosity!
3rd Level Giving $100.00
Receive two one-hour/one-on-one coaching sessions and access to digital tools to build your business!
4th Level Giving $300.00
Four (4) personalized coaching sessions for you and your team! From marketing to how to build a referral business...YOU NAME the topics you want to offer to your team and we’ll make it happen! One (1 hour) session per week for 4 consecutive weeks! Calls recorded and shared with you upon completion!
5th Level Giving $500.00
2 night/3 day stay for 2 at the Living Waters Farm “B&B”. Visit the local wineries, breweries, battle grounds, hike the Appalachian Trail, visit Washington, DC...it’s all possible from this location! Country breakfast will be served before you head out for the day as well as an endless supply of Kangen Water, perked coffee and plenty of time to visit “on the front porch”. Share a glass of wine at the end of the day if that’s of interest to you! This will be the most enjoyable “B&B” experience for you and your guest! Mutually agreeable time/schedule. Event-time and Holidays exempt.
6th Level Giving $1,000.00
Our 6th Level generous donors become Charter Members of the Barn at the Living Waters Farm. As a Charter Member you will have a “Charter Member” name sign proudly hung in the barn AND you will attend all future events (2 if married couple) at no charge. But that’s not all! You’ll also have the use of the barn for your own purposes once per year for 5 years in a row at no charge (mutually agreeable schedule). Sponsor a team meeting! Host a family reunion! Organize a Retreat! Have a wedding!
SPECIAL NOTE FOR GROUPS: If your group would like to combine funds to reach this level collectively, your group will become a "Charter Member" and a sign hung in your honor will be proudly displayed in the barn forever. You'll also be able to use the barn for gatherings once per year for 5 years in a row at no charge (mutually agreeable schedule). But that's not all! Each contributing group member can attend the events for $100 each as "friends of the farm".
