Jersey City Community Development

As a Church, we are called to bear one another's burdens and to be a hand extended to the underserved.  Our church is located in the heart of the Greenville community in Jersey City, NJ. With a 17% poverty rate, most of Hudson County’s poverty is concentrated in this area. Additionally, many who have been incarcerated have only a basic education and limited employment opportunity once released from prison.  

To address this, we are working to offer affordable housing, establish a prisoner reentry program, and provide educational assistance.  Your donation will be used to assist us with establishing a Community Development Corporation (CDC), while continuing to provide support to the underserved.  Our CDC will position us to receive unlimited donations and grants from private and public sources to fund these initiatives.
