<div>Wir sind Menschen aus Oldenburg und umzu.

<div>Wir haben uns 2022 und 2023 in Berlin und Oldenburg auf Straßen gesetzt und geklebt, um auf die große Ungerechtigkeit durch die Klimakrise aufmerksam zu machen. Unignorierbar wie ein Feueralarm. Wir haben trotz Kälte und Gewalt diese Form von Protest ausgehalten (in dem Video sind wir teilweise bei Protesten in Berlin zu sehen)

<div>Nun stehen wir für Straßenblockaden aus dem Jahr 2022 in Oldenburg vor Gericht und können auch hier die Klimakrise thematisieren.
</div>
<div>Uns werden Haftstrafen angedroht. Die Staatsanwaltschaft sieht hier ein öffentliches Interesse zur Strafverfolgung, da es eine Debatte um die Letzte Generation gibt. Das finden wir vorverurteilend. Daher gehen wir anwaltlich vertreten in unsere Berufungsverfahren im Landgericht.

<div>Aber selbst bei Geldstrafen droht uns Haft, da wir diese nicht alle werden zahlen können. Es sind Summen von etwa 1000€ pro Person bei 5 Menschen und 3 Menschen haben 300€ zu zahlen.

<div>Mit deiner Spende hilfst du uns, die Anwält:Innen zu bezahlen, die uns gegen die Übermacht der Justiz verteidigen.

<div>Und deine Spende bewahrt Menschen, die Geldstrafen bekommen, davor, dass sie eine Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe absitzen müssen.

<div>Wir stehen alle mit Namen und Gesicht zu unserem Protest. Dies nutzt der Staat derzeit um uns am Fließband für Protest zu verklagen. Wir bleiben vor Gericht wehrhaft und nutzen die Verfahren, um die Klimakrise nicht in Vergessenheit geraten zu lassen. Es ist ein wichtiger Teil unseres zivilen Widerstandes, diesen Druck auszuhalten.

<div>Aber klar ist auch: Keine von uns möchte ins Gefängnis. Wir haben Familien, wir machen eine Ausbildung, haben Angehörige zu pflegen oder sind mitten im Studium.

<div>Bitte helft uns, damit wir nicht in Haft müssen. Wir können uns in Freiheit weiter für das Klima einsetzen. Wir können weiter gegen Ungerechtigkeit protestieren.
