<div>My uncle has had it hard the last few years and I know that without me at least trying this go fund me account he's not going to be able to get the help he needs. He will never ask anyone for help but he's the kinda man you can always depend on if he’s able to help. I'm having trouble myself even putting this together as I don't even like reaching out for help or sharing our families' problems. I do hope by me putting myself out here and sharing a little bit of our family's story to others who are reading this that it might help bring together the costs he financially needs. I’m already putting a donation towards his situation but it's still unfortunately not enough. I left Michigan several years ago due to so much loss in our family. I couldn't take looking at that place any longer for my mental health. I just knew that I needed to leave. I lost my grandpa, grandma and my dad all in three months. knowing that by me moving away, I would be leaving my other family members behind. moving almost 1,000 miles away from them would be difficult but I believe it was the best thing I could've done for myself. while I've been absent from their lives trying to rebuild my own, more family members have passed away and sadness still holding onto my family strong. thinking that what else could possibly be taken away yet another tragic incident happens again... my uncle loses his home due to a house fire. losing 50 years of everything, including his tools. His way of earning income was where the fire hit the hardest. construction and mechanic work has always been his way of living and just like that it was all gone. So with very little insurance money, he began to pick up the pieces again and bought some land of his own. started getting ready with permits for a new well to be put in and then things turned again for the worse. I get a phone call while I'm at work and its my aunt telling me my uncle has had a really bad stroke and is in the hospital. I will never forget that heartbreaking feeling I got hearing her tell me this. as if I was hitting a replay button on my past all over again. Just like the day I got the phone call my dad had passed away, those emotions were all coming back. That same pain that I had drove 1,000 miles away to escape followed me to this place but with many prayers he was getting better each day. He stayed in the hospital for a while before having to move in with my cousin do to his health being so bad still. Yet again he faces another problem, all that time out of work and with money being used for his health and living expenses had taken a toll on his finical burden from before. He still needs a well, septic system and a home. About 2 weeks ago I drove all the way to Michigan to visit. This was my first visit since moving away years ago. It was a great visit but also a heartbreaking one too. I knew things had gotten really hard on him, but I didn't really know how bad things actual were. He still gets up and goes to work every day but it's still not enough. so I have made several phone calls since being back home in Florida and I finally have a company that I have hired to install a new well system. The total cost for this with permit fees will be 8,500. I will be coving this expense with my own money towards helping him. He will still need a new septic system put in after this. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
