Marchia Garvin currently holds the position of Training and Events Coordinator at SLS. Having filled this unique position in 2011, Marchia has led the example and raised the bar of business relationship building in her professional network. Prior to her current position, Marchia completely immersed herself in her career in community service, serving as the Liaison for life-wellness to the disenfranchised citizens of Aurora, CO. Marchia's professional resume is but a tiny blip to her charitable one. Beyond the commercial institution of work, Kisha: as she is so affectionately known, is a doting, engaged, and very giving mother of three absolutely remarkable young ladies; as-well-as their complete host of friends and fellow classmates. Aujanay, 20, Junior at (CSU), Arayja (18) freshman at NAU, and Akalyn, sophomore in high school on the varsity cheerleading team. This small and very close-knit family is the epitome of love and grace to everyone they know. Marchia's work on and off the clock continues with no slowing down in sight. Her charitable contributions are beyond measure and filled with the warmest kindness and sincerity our society has to offer.

This once in a lifetime opportunity to work with the Change a Life program allows her to set an example for the younger generation and opens the door to a lot of people that never thought that this opportunity could be made possible. Being selected, opens the door for her three daughters to go out into the world and perform great community service duties and if just each of them recruits just one person then we are already up to six new volunteers in this precious world. So by sponsoring Marchia, a person can open the door to 6 people. "Ride Cambodia 2014" fundraising will be invested in infrastructure, resources, and operations of the Computershare Sunrise 3-Sihanoukville orphanage and clinic that care for children with HIV/AIDS. Programs focus on Center-based Child Care & Protection, Education & Vocational Training, Case Management & Counseling, Community-Based Child Care & Reintegration.

One fun note to know about Kisha is that she has not ridden a bike since 1862! Yes, she is working very hard to first, relearn how to ride a bike and secondly get in shape to ride the 280 miles that she has to ride while Cambodia!!! In addition to your financial contribution, your encouraging words are also welcomed.

Thank you so much for everything.
