My sister Kimberly Pitt was diagnosed with a Stage IV Glioblastoma brain tumor on December 20, 2013. She passed away on July 11, 2014 ... less than 7 months from the diagnosis and only 9 days before her 49th birthday.
She was taken from us way too soon, leaving behind her husband of 2 years (Paul Pitt), a 14 year old daughter (Sarah), a 22 year old son (Alex) and three step-children (Saviah, Alex, Peter), two grieving parents (Ruth and Fred Belden), a brother (Keith).
To help support her children and assist in their educational expenses, I've created the Kimberly Pitt Memorial Fund.
