Help with Kidney Failure Expenses

I have been diagnosed with stage 5 renal (kidney) failure. I have been doing dialysis for a few years now and it’s not getting any easier on me or my wife. I have had 13 hemo catheters put in and replaced. I’ve had a infection of diverticulitis and peritonitis that put me in the hosptial for two weeks. Have had a foot of my colon removed because of the infection as well. They took me off PD Dialysis for about a year, but I just got back on it in April of last year. Trying to get everything caught up and somewhat back to normal so I can work on getting a transplant to get my life back.
The stress that kidney failure brings is enough for anyone, and then add in the frustration of medical bills and prescription costs as well as all the running around to medical facilities and it just puts ones self over the edge. Now my insurance is changing and they are saying they aren’t willing to cover my prescriptions. My monthly prescriptions are well into the $5,000+ range. The wife and I are barely getting by as it is and now this unexpected cost adds to it. I don’t know anyone that could afford that amount of money A month for medicines.  Even crazier is that it’s just for me, and the wife still doesn’t have any health coverage and is having some health issues of her own that is all costing out of pocket.
This is to help with some of the extra costs that come about while going through with this disease, especially the medication costs.
