Medical Fund for Kidney Transplant

In August of 2010 after months of illness I was diagnosed with end stage renal failure. On January 28th 2011 I began chronic dialysis. This was the begininning of a very rough journey for me.  September of 2013 was probably the toughest, I ended up in a comma for a week. The past four years have truly been an experience but by the grace of God and the support of family and close friends I'm still here. I currently treat in center four days per week and have been  on the Kidney Transplant List @ Carolina Medical Center in Charlotte, NC since 2012 . I have started this camapign to solicit donations to assist with the cost of the transplant and medical related expenses. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
