Mom's New Room!

It is our parent's 40th Anniversary!!
As a thank you for being great parents, we would like to give them something special for this amazing milestone.
Our mom's room is in serious need of updating. Since that is where she spends the majority of her time, it would be nice for it to be a comfortable, appealing place for her to spend her time and for visitors to see her.
The biggest thing to replace is the old carpet with a new floor. However, depending on the funds, we'd also like to add a small couch, a new ceiling fan and light, media space/storage cabinet, and maybe a few other things.
This is something we as a family have been wanting to do for a long time and we hope with your help we'll be able to put it together!
