Loving, sweet, caring, happy family - just a few of the thousands of words one could use to describe this picture!
One thing this picture (from Jan. 28th 2014) fails to show you is that Jen has been battling Bladder Cancer for the last several years.
WE ARE VERY SHORT ON TIME, with multiple doctor visits in the weeks ahead Jen is anticipating to have to begin another round of intense treatment by mid February.
Goals:
1. To help create an amazing experience of a lifetime that will produce even more special memories that Jen can focus on during her upcoming treatment regimen
2. Provide financial assistance to cover their mounting medical expenses and financial strains
The Details:
We are recreating one of their most cherished life events by sending Tom & Jen back to the Post Ranch Inn (www.postranchinn.com) were they spent their honeymoon over 14 years ago. This stunning property located in Big Sur on the Pacific Coast will undoubtedly provide them with countless smiles and beautiful memories.
We want Jen to experience this very special trip while she is still feeling good and able to enjoy it to its fullest. Post Ranch Inn has graciously agreed to help us with our cause (special thank you to Dan Priano General Manager for your help and generosity) and will be hosting Jen and Tom for two nights, Feb 10th and 11th for a trip of a lifetime to include massages, spa treatments, romantic dinners etc.
Tom and his family need our help and we welcome any and all suggestions to make this fundraiser a resounding success to ultimately provide this great family with much needed assistance.
