HELP KEENAN THEUS REACH HIS RECOVERY GOAL: $25k+

On Wednesday, September 6, 2017, Keenan Theus, was a Victim of A Violent Crime. He is a Los Angeles City College Student, suffered serious life threatening injuries during an unprovoked, daytime attack while he was on his way to school in the morning. The surgeon said, "it was the worse case he had ever seen", severing a main artery in his neck and other areasof his body. Unfortunately, this incident left him with major injuries to his throat and damaged his ability to eat and speak. His strength and determination is truly miraculous, as he will not seem to give up on anything!
Keenan says he is not going to be a negative statistic. The first note he wrote after his life saving surgery was regarding school and immediately he was concerned about school and work. As a Communications Major, his education is his main focus and he has the intent to transfer to UCLA. For those of us who know Keenan personally, we know that he has defied the odds in many areas of his life already. He is truly a miracle!
He is also an EXTREMELY DEDICATED student to his art of choice, Capoeira. Through his consistent training over the past four plus years, he was able to have the opportunity to travel to multiple countries/locations abroad in order to educate himself and broaden his language in more ways than one, but mainly regarding his AMAZING SKILLS as a student of Capoeira. He is also a very talented martial artist, who plans to continue his drive and motivation, as he always exceeds the expectation.
He could really use your help today to ease the challenges he now faces with hardships and recovery, as a result of this heartlessly brutal attack. At this point we gather that the following would be some of the possibilities that YOU COULD HELP him with BY DONATING:

Vocal Repair
Special Foods

For those of us who know Keenan personally will rally for him. Keenan is totally worth our assistance. He will continue to be the type of young man that we need in this world. It is hard to determine his total costs incurred at this time, but your kind generosity will not go with disregard. Any and all positive thoughts and prayers are indeed needed, as well.
