Help Karina with Medical Expenses

On Sunday, July 31st, Karina was involved in a bad car accident while she was visiting family in the Dominican Republic for her birthday. Karina was unfortunately injured badly in the accident and it required emergency surgery on her leg.
Her husband Glenn had flown out immediately to be by her side, so he is presently unable to work. Due to being out of the country, Karina's medical expenses are not covered by her health insurance. The expenses are continuing to pile up and in order to recieve the treatment she needs, the hospital is requiring payment even without insurance.
Karina and Glenn are both hard working individuals who always do anything they can to help anyone in need. Karina will not be working for a while after treatment and Glenn is unable to work while supporting his wife in recovery.
All donations will go directly to Karina's husband Glenn for her medical expenses.
