KJ Morris was an amazing person, human being and soul.
My name is Matthew Rist and KJ was a dear friend.
She not only helped me through some very difficult times but was always there to help whoever might of needed it.
She left us unwillingly on June 12th, 2016. She fell victim at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida.
We, her friends from Western Mass, decided to start a scholarship in her name to continue helping others as she would have done if she was given the opportunity. This is our way of always having her close as she is always in our hearts and minds. Funds will be collected and donated to the Community Foundation of Western Mass to be awarded to a local student through the Community Foundations Scholarship Program. If a donor is interested in making a gift of $5k or more, please contact the Community Foundation directly.
