KGC is an inclusive and progressive community-based organization that celebrates and promotes diversity, inclusion and equity guided by the godly principles and values of service, excellency, love and fellowship.

KGC has a membership in excess of 1000 with over 200 of the members meeting every week for Sunday worship services and information sharing sessions. Hundreds of the other members are reached through online programs given the constraints of the current meeting place.

KGC strategic project is to establish a community resource center (community asset), a facility that will be used for multi-purpose where key programs will run daily to promote mental health; dignified and healthy life for seniors; youth mentorship; nurturing of talents; celebration of the community’s cultural diversity; promotion of the use of Swahili; and support for newcomers to settle and integrate in the larger Canadian community.
