In Honor of Jonathan's Smile

On September 7, 2015 our family suffered an unimaginable loss. We lost our family's "smile" and since then our lives, faith, and strength have been challenged like never before.
Johnathan was taken away from us without notice in a hit and run accident during the twilight hours of Labor Day 2015. Although we are still in search of the driver, we have been fortunate enough to gain the attention of local news outlets. Click here for local news story
Johnathan Walton had a smile that could light up a room and a personality that magnified his infectious love of life. In his 20 short years, he was able to touch so many with his humor, warmth, and open shoulder to anyone who needed it.
We have set up this account to honor our son; our brother; our cousin; our smile. We are raising funds to:
- Cover burial expenses
- Provide a reward to find the missing driver and assist in funding the investigation
- Create an annual event that memorializes, remembers, and honors Johnathan's passion for life.
We send sincere thanks to those of you who have supported our family and have allowed Johnathan's life to touch you as well. Continue to live, love, laugh, over and over again. Just like Johnnie, "Our Smile."
