<div> Why We’re Raising Funds: Justice for Malachi Lancaster
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>On December 8, 2024, 18-year-old Malachi Lancaster was tragically shot and killed during a hunting trip. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) ruled it an accident, but the facts don’t add up. They concluded that a vine somehow triggered the rifle that shot him in the back. The only witness gave conflicting stories. The Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death undetermined. Forensic evidence was inconclusive. Yet, the case was closed without accountability.

<div>We are fighting to uncover the truth and seek justice for Malachi, but we can’t do it alone.

<div> Your support will help us:
</div>
<div>	1.	<strong>Hire private investigators</strong> to review the case independently and uncover leads that law enforcement ignored or dismissed.
</div>
<div>	2.	<strong>Secure expert forensic analysis</strong> to challenge conflicting ballistics and DNA findings.
</div>
<div>	3.	<strong>Consult legal counsel and civil rights attorneys</strong> to advocate for the case to be reopened and ensure public officials are held accountable.
</div>
<div>	4.	<strong>Cover costs for public records requests</strong>, printing legal materials, and preparing investigative submissions.
</div>
<div>	5.	<strong>Support public awareness campaigns</strong>, including videos, advocacy events, and travel to meet with officials and advocacy partners.
</div>
<div>	6.	<strong>Launch a formal petition and community action plan</strong>, empowering others to demand transparency and truth.
</div>
