<div><strong>THEY THOUGHT I WOULD GO QUIETLY. THEY WERE WRONG.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Joshua Woodson, and I'm fighting not just for my home, but for the principle that every family deserves security and dignity. What's happening to me is a modern-day civil rights battle, and I need your help to continue this fight.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THE REALITY NO FAMILY SHOULD FACE</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Three corporate giants - <strong>Lakeview Loan Servicing, LoanCare, and RAS Legal Group</strong> - are systematically trying to take my family's home through what can only be described as a coordinated criminal enterprise. But this isn't just about property - it's about proving that in America, corporate power cannot trample individual rights, and that systemic racism in housing must end.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THEY PRICED JUSTICE AT $500,000 - AND TOLD ME I COULDN'T AFFORD IT</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>When I consulted multiple law firms about fighting these billion-dollar corporations, they delivered the same devastating truth: <strong>taking this case to trial would cost a minimum of $500,000.</strong> They've deliberately made justice unaffordable for ordinary families. This is their business model - price people out of the legal system so they can steal with impunity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THE MODERN-DAY REDLINING PLAYBOOK</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As a Black homeowner in distress, I've experienced their targeted sabotage:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>- <strong>They DISABLED</strong> my online payments when I tried to pay what I owed
</div>
<div>- <strong>They TRICKED</strong> me out of bankruptcy protection with false promises
</div>
<div>- <strong>They SHAMED</strong> me by mailing private foreclosure papers to relatives across multiple states
</div>
<div>- <strong>They DELAYED</strong> for 25 days after promising 7-day processing, while the foreclosure clock ticked
</div>
<div>- <strong>They COERCED</strong> me to sign away my legal rights under duress
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn't just corporate greed - this is the modern face of housing discrimination. They targeted a Black family because they thought we wouldn't fight back. They were wrong.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>MEET THE GOLIATHS TRYING TO CRUSH US</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>- <strong>LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING:</strong> Billion-dollar mortgage servicer owned by Fortress Investment Group
</div>
<div>- <strong>LOANCARE:</strong> $1.2 BILLION corporation acquired by Fidelity National Financial
</div>
<div>- <strong>RAS LEGAL GROUP:</strong> Powerful national law firm with unlimited legal resources
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>These aren't just companies - they're corporate predators with a documented history of illegal practices, including charging illegal fees and violating consumer protection laws.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>YOUR SUPPORT IS OUR SLINGSHOT AGAINST GOLIATH</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I've filed a federal RICO lawsuit (Woodson v. Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC et al.) exposing their criminal enterprise. But I'm one man against three corporate giants who have unlimited legal budgets.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The $500,000 legal war chest we need:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>$150,000 - $250,000</strong> - Elite RICO attorneys who can match their legal firepower
</div>
<div><strong>$50,000 - $100,000</strong> - Forensic experts to expose their fraudulent scheme
</div>
<div><strong>$25,000 - $50,000</strong> - Evidence, depositions, and courtroom ammunition
</div>
<div><strong>$25,000 - $50,000</strong> - Appeal readiness for their inevitable legal maneuvers
</div>
<div><strong>$200,000</strong> - Victory fund for unexpected costs in this battle
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WHY THIS FIGHT MATTERS TO EVERY AMERICAN</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn't just about my family's home. This is about:
</div>
<div>- <strong>Exposing systemic racism</strong> in the mortgage industry
</div>
<div>- <strong>Creating legal precedent</strong> to protect millions of homeowners
</div>
<div>- <strong>Proving that David can defeat Goliath</strong> with enough slingshots
</div>
<div>- <strong>Sending a message</strong> that targeting Black families has consequences
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>YOUR DONATION IS AN ACT OF RESISTANCE</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every dollar says:
</div>
<div>- Corporate corruption has consequences
</div>
<div>- Housing discrimination must end
</div>
<div>- Families matter more than profits
</div>
<div>- Justice should be affordable for everyone
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WE ARE WRITING HISTORY TOGETHER</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Just as civil rights leaders fought redlining decades ago, we're fighting its modern equivalent. Just as David trusted his faith against Goliath, I'm trusting that good people will stand with me against these corporate giants.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm ready to fight with every ounce of my being, but I can't do it alone. Your support isn't just about money - it's about standing together for justice, for equality, for the principle that no corporation is above the law.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Please, join me in this fight. Donate what you can. Share my story. Help me prove that when we stand together, even the mightiest giants can be brought to justice.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With hope, determination, and immense gratitude,
</div>
