Hello,
I'm Joseph Backes and I'm asking you to help me continue researching the JFK assassination. Your donation will help me offset costs involved in travel and accomodaiton to Archives II in College Park, Maryland; the JFK presidential library in Boston; and the LBJ presidential library in Austin, Texas. Your donation will help me in copying documents, audio recordings, films and photographs. I hope to go to the LBJ library this coming Spring or Summer and spend at least a week there, perhaps two.
I've been researching the JFK assassination for over 20 years. In the 1990's I extensively covered the activities of the JFK Assassination Records Review Board, known as the ARRB. Most of my research is freely available online.

Any donated amount will be greatly appreciated.
In 2017 every JFK assassination document still withheld in full or which has been previously released with some redactions is supposed to be opened in full per The JFK Act (Public Law 102-526.) We are expecting several intelligence agencies to continue to ask for such documents to be withheld.
