On October 31st, 2013 a tragedy occurred. Anthony Corpuz a 14 year old boy who would have turned 15 in May was brutally murdered by a careless and drunk security guard that thought it was funny to scare children with his shotgun on Halloween. While scaring Anthony, his little brother and a friend, Anthony was tragically shot in the chest, dying of massive heart damage shortly there after. Anthony's little brother of only 9 years of age laid upon his brothers body trying to stop the bleeding with his own shirt while the drunk guard simply watched Anthony die.
As Anthony's Brother-in-law, I along with my wife Maria, and her entire family emplore your help and assistance in bringing this guard to justice by funding the necessary legal fees and funeral arrangements for Anthony.
Anthony's family is not a wealthy family, and they do not even possess the money currently to bury their son. I have personally paid for the coffin, and with assistance have acquired a plot of land. But there is still far more to be done. The legal fee's to bring the killer to justice, as well as, the other costs associated with the funeral, as well as the impending psychological counselling likely needed for the youngest brother is expected to burden this family far beyond what it can endure.
