<div>What followed was two years of relentless legal battles. On 19 November 2025, a Swiss court ruling severed Lucia's relationship with her children almost entirely. She has no contact at all with Rocky. With Rouge, she is permitted just two court-mandated hours per week, supervised at their kindergarten and she does not even get those hours reliably.

<div>For a mother who once spent every day caring for her boys, the loss has been devastating. Now she watches them grow up in glimpses through photos on social media.

<div>While Lucia continues to fight through the courts, a new threat has emerged. Their father, fashion designer Philipp Plein, is now applying to relocate the boys to the United States. If that application succeeds, Rocky and Rouge will grow up without their mother present in any meaningful way. We cannot allow that to happen without exhausting every legal option available.
