Help Julia Finnegan

Hi !  As many of your know Julia Finnegan has been fighting ovarian cancer for almost 5 years, which is currently back for the third time.  She has been through  surgery and chemo two previous times and just two weeks ago started Lynparza. This is a new oral medication that was FDA approved in December 2014. It was created for those with the BRCA gene mutation advanced Ovarian Cancer(which Julia has). They had good results with it during the Drug Trial so we are hoping she will get positive results and put the cancer into remission.

Julia has mentioned wanting to take her son, Thomas, on a trip this spring or summer 2015.  A few of us got together and thought we would start a GOFUNDME and see if we could get enough money to send Julia and Thomas on a memorable trip perhaps to Disneyland or SIlverwood Theme Park in Idaho.  



Julia has been through a lot over the past 5 years and deserves to be pampered.  Due to her cancer she has been legally disabled and lives on limited income. Julia has always worked to support herself and isn't one to ask for a handout.  She wants nothing more than to spend as much time with her family as she can and to see Thomas grow up.  She is an amazing mother and dedicates all of her sparetime to volunteering at Thomas' school and spending quality time with her son and her other love of her life, her horses.  



Please help us meet the goal of $3000 and give Julia some peace of mind that she will be able to enjoy a well deserved trip for her and Thomas without any financial worry.  If you are not able to give any money we ask that you simply share this post to others.
