We are raising money for our Youth Organization, the Charles County Spartans for post season play

The Charles County Spartans are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers Basketball, Football, Cheerleading and Lacrosse to Skills and Agility training, Summer Sports Camps, Coaching Clinics, Community Service plus a whole lot more.

Our greatest endeavor with our youth programs at the Charles County Spartans is to offer a fun environment where participants can learn the basics of their chosen sport and enjoy the company of their friends and family. While friendly competition is always present and encouraged with athletic programs, we want to maintain a fun learning environment for our youth while focusing on implementing a healthy lifestyle. We place a priority on family involvement, academics, healthy competition, team building, individual development and a positive self-image with mutual respect for others.

We also take great pride in adhering to the rules of good sportsmanship and academics. Running up the score against a weaker team just because it can be done, trash talking other clubs, making fun of opposing players and the total disregard for academics are not what we're about and contrary to the spirit of our programs. 

Our programs succeed with excellent, dedicated coaches and teachers from within the community and schools around Southern Maryland.

The money collected will go towards registrations, scholarships, equipment uniforms and post season travel.

Supporters can also help by volunteering their time with the Charles County Spartans.  We are always looking for volunteers to assist in all venues from coaching, to mentoring, to tutoring, to organizing community outreach, to just being involved with our youth in a positive manner.  It takes a village to raise a child and Charles County Spartans has prided itself on strengthening our community one family at a time.
