30-year-old Joshua Allen Virgil was riding his motorcycle home on Friday when he was in a head-on collision with a truck.
Josh is currently at The Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu after sustaining multiple life-threatening and debilitating injuries. He remains in critical condition.
Josh is a Medical Staff Sergeant for the US Army based at the Tripler Army Medical Center. He has served his country for the last twelve years.
Josh’s father, Jeff Virgil, is a six-year veteran of the US Army. Jeff lives in California. He is doing all he can to support his son Josh's recovery.
The funds will help Jeff and Iris (and other family members) travel to Hawaii from California to be with Josh during this time of need. The funds will cover travel, housing, and food. There will be several trips across the ocean for Jeff so he can support his son Josh in every way he can.
Both Jeff and Josh are from Auburn, CA and are Placer High, Hillmen Alums. Let's help this family in need!
