Josh Heimann Medical Fund

While on spring break in San Francisco, CA the week of April 10th, 2017, Josh Heimann, Shelly Heimann’s 20 year old son, became critically ill. He was transferred to UCSF Medical Center and has been in the cardiac intensive care unit since. He has been diagnosed with viral pneumonia, myocarditis, congestive heart failure, kidney and liver failure. He was on a ventilator for several days. Josh is currently extremely weak. It is anticipated he will have a long road to a full recovery. It is unforeseen on how long Josh and Shelly will be in California and when he will be able to return to Illinois for further medical care.  Friends of Shelly are setting up this Go Fund Me page in effort to raise funds for all current and future medical and miscellaneous expenses. Whatever you can give to help the Heimann family during this difficult time will be greatly appreciated!
