Help Jorge Lopez & His Family

The Brevard County Manatees (Brewers Advanced-A Affiliate) are raising funds for pitcher Jorge Lopez and his family. Jorge's son, Mikael, is nearly a year old and has only spent a couple of days outside of the hospital due to an unknown autoimmune disease. All proceeds will go to the Lopez family to cover travel for his family between their hometown in Puerto Rico and Miami, where Mikael is hospitalized, as well as medical costs.

The Manatees are holding the "18 for 18" charity golf tournament on Friday, August 8 at Turtle Creek Golf Club in Rockledge, Fla. to support Lopez, as well. For more information visit ManateesBaseball.com or call [phone redacted].
