<div><strong>Finding Peace of Mind Walk 2026, for Mental Health</strong>

<div>On 1 January 2026, I’ll set off from the Shetland Islands on a ten-month, 4,200km walk through Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland, finishing in Galway in October 2026.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This journey is a <strong><em>living symbol of mental health</em></strong> — starting in the darkness of winter and moving, step by step, toward brighter days.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Along the way, I’ll <strong><em>stop in towns and cities to give talks</em></strong> in workplaces, schools, and community groups, sharing my own 50-plus years of lived experience of mental health, recovery, and neurodiversity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Mental health matters to all of us. I’m walking to raise awareness and funds for <strong>four incredible charities</strong> that provide vital mental-health support across the UK and Ireland:

<div>All donations will go into one fund, which I’ll withdraw at the end of the campaign and split equally between the four charities.
