Jonathan's Road to Recovery

On May 12th my 15 yr old son suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. It was a moment I as his mother will never forget, the accident was due to his doing something I think alot of kids think they can handle, car surfing, it has left us in a place where insurance can not cover all of the expenses that we will need to get taken care of for him to be able to enjoy life of some normalacy once he able to leave both the ICU and then Rehab. 
 He has come so far and I am so grateful for the doctors who have been with him for the last 7 days. He is awake and knows who I am! That is more than I hoped for 7 days post accident, but now the real struggle begins to get him to a place where he can enjoy the life he will have now.
