Jon Lurie's Heart Transplant Fund

As you may know, my dad has been suffering for many years from an immune disease known as Sarcoidosis. This disease can affect all vital organs, however it is so rare that doctors have been unable to cure it. Since 2009 he has suffered numerous heart attacks, surgries, and other complications, and finally (after 111 days in the hospital) he recieved a heart transplant on May 14, 2017. 

He is currently out-patient in Rochester, MN recovering for the next three months. Because of this intense process, he will be (and has been) unable to support himself for an unknown period of time.

Please take a moment to consider the seriousness of the situation, and if you can, make a donation towards his heart transplant fund. It would mean the world to my dad and my family.
