This is a story about my former dorm-mate, John, who is in a battle for his life with Cancer.
Recently John was struggling with very severe headaches. After going to the hospital with a headache he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer of the Kidney. They also found masses on his brain and lungs. He is being treated with radiation for the masses on his brain and Chemo for the kidney cancer.
God had blessed him with a new job right before these events took place, which thankfully now provides insurance coverage for treatment. However, he is unable to work to make money to pay for the insurance and other household expenses. Please help him to reduce his stress about money so he can focus on his health. Stress is a major hinderence to fighting Cancer. John has monthly expenses of about $1,000 and has some very immediate financial needs within the next week of $300. He will need continued financial help in the months ahead. The goal for this GoFundMe campaign is $1,000 every month during his battle with Cancer.
John has 3 amazing children that need their Father to be healthy! I know God will do amazing things through all of this. Please be a part of God's plan and give how the Lord leads you! God's word says "In this life you will have struggles, but I have overcome the world". John has had many struggles, I pray that the people of God will support their brother in his great time of need.
