In Memory of John Carter Fund

This fund is created to help remember John Carter who was a victim of a senseless act of violence. We need to raise funds to help give him a proper homegoing . He was a son, brother, cousin, nephew,  friend and mentor to many people. In advance we would like to thank everyone for your support during our time of grievance.
