Life-Changing Reconstruction For Jo!

My wife and I have known Jo-Ellen and her husband for almost 30 years. What an incredible young lady she is!
When Jo discovered she had cancer it affected her and her family and of course her church family. Her three boys and husband gathered around Jo and she garnered the strength to make it through. There has been tremendous support from Jo's family and her husband Thors family, and everyone in their church. Now that Jo has made it through, she would like to feel whole again and repair what the mastectomy took away.  The picture shown here is a self-portrait that Jo created just after her discovery of the cancer...... a self portrait prior to the treatments that would take away her beloved hair.     Unfortunately though, she cannot get on a public waiting list up here, and the $30,000 required to go private is simply not affordable. Jo is a budding artist, but spends most of her time supporting the people in her church, and her husband as the Pastor of the church. With only one modest income in the family, they simply cannot afford this reconstructive surgery. This is a woman whose reaction was "I have embraced this cancer as it has brought our family and our church together and helped us all to realise our true priorities!" Please help this incredible young lady

Update 21st July 2018.  WOW - Jo-Ellen has passed the first round of Scans, and has signed the paperwork to start! Just waiting on a confirmed date now for the 1st round of surgery to start! Exciting, but daunting, with a major shortfall in the dollars needed for this life changing surgery. Please consider supporting this wonderful person & her family to bring about restoration!
