We Got Robbed! Support Ty and Jalen

Hello, thank you for coming to this link, we appreciate your interest in helping/hearing about our situation. As many of you know, Ty and I are actively filming and doing photography every single day whether it be for social media, companies, or brands. I was blessed with the ability to buy a wonderful camera before moving to LA last year that has served us in an incredible way, giving us quality content and the ability to create mini movies each day while pursuing our careers as an actor and writer/director. It has also given us many jobs, teaming up by writing and working together as a social media influencer/actor and videographer/photographer/director. Well, a few nights ago, Ty's car was broken into and all of my camera equipment was stolen. We had only been away from the car for a short 30 minutes, and the only thing missing from the car was the camera bag and a monopod. These being the only things gone, and with a dark tinted window car being parked right in front of a well lit apartment building, we are certain we were being watched and were targeted in this situation. We had been working diligently with a few friends of ours (Seen in the picture, this was taken a couple hours before the gear was stolen) writing on projects together for the past few days, in a new area, and were most likely seen coming back and forth to the car with our equipment. So the first chance they got, they quickly broke in and took everything.
This situation has been very disappointing to deal with but not discouraging. We know that in all situations, God never leaves us and will take care of us, providing us with everything we need to continue to be successful. We also don't like to view things as setbacks, but set ups for something greater to come.
By this happening though, we have been effected in multiple ways: The loss of a camera (mic, lenses, batteries, cards, monopod) a shattered window along with his car being in the shop for a week, the inability to work as a videographer/photographer which has been my job for the last year, social media content, brand deals, and content for companies that we work with. We are constantly filming and taking photos each day, and it has improved us so much being in front and behind the camera, giving us a great amount of experience and taken care of us financially. We are even starting up a new series that we've been working and writing on that we'd like to get started as soon as possible. If you feel in your heart that you'd like to support our journey and donate to getting us on our feet again with this, we would greatly appreciate it! Overall, we lost around $3500 of gear and a few hundred dollars in damage to the car, so anything is helpful in getting us a push on this journey again.
