Pilgrimage: Israel & Jordan

This March, my church (Church in the City-Beth Abraham) is hosting a Pilgrimage to Israel & Jordan & I was given the opportunity to go...what a blessing! (Praise God!)
For the past 3 years I've wanted to not only visit the Holy Land, but also be baptized in the Jordan River & the time has finally come!
I was baptized as a kid when I semi-understood what it meant and then again at the age of 18. From ages 20 to 26, I lived life selfishly, made many mistakes and lived recklessly -- most of all I never chose to know Jesus deeper because of all the wordly distractions I was a part of.
A couple years ago I decided to draw near to the Lord and actually learn His love for me and who He really is. Once I had encountered His love, my lifestyle changed dramatically and my self-worth is now sustained in Christ. I know my purpose is to tell others about Jesus and what He has done for us & I see life in a whole different way than I once had.
From that change came a desire to be baptized (yes a third time haha) but most importantly because my old life truly has been left behind and I want to publicly make the declaration of my new self in Him (2 Corinthians 5:17). Being baptized again here in Colorado would be special...but let's be real... it's the Jordan River! :)
With all that said, I am so humbled and excited to be a part of this journey through Israel and Jordan to experience parts of the world where Jesus Himself walked....
I need to raise $1500 to cover the remaining cost of this Pilgrimage and thought I'd add this campaign to my fundraising (I will also be doing a Photography Special of $50 Photoshoots in January to go towards this goal as well).
I understand there are more important life-threatening campaigns on here, but if you're someone who likes to give I would greatly appreciate your generosity & blessing!
