Endometriosis Surgery

As some of my friends/family know I have been struggling with Endometriosis for over 5 years.
When I was 23 years old they found a mass the size of a softball on my left ovary, and it was hemorrhaging causing them to have to go in and remove my left ovary, as well as clean out the rest of my organs of endometriosis.
Since then it had slowed down for a couple of years, and recently the pain of endometriosis has started to come back. It can be debilitating causing me to struggle with attending work, getting out of bed or following any passions that I have at this time.
In the past month I have found a doctor named Andrew Cook who is able to perform a surgery on my current cysts and lesions. He specializes in these surgeries and has a high success rate.
This is my last option to live a pain free life. Unfortunately the surgery is not covered by my insurance, which is why I am reaching out to the community for donations.
At this time I have spent a ton of money on medical bills with insurance, and I cannot afford $20,000, but Dr. Cook and his consultants have assured me that this will help me stay out of the hospital in the future.
I would love for this to be my last surgery, and if I continue down the path that my regular doctors have put me on the issue could get worse, and I could have problems throughout my entire reproductive years.
In the next month I would love to be able to set up my first appt with him at Vital Health Endometriosis center, and hopefully get my surgery by the end of my Yoga Teacher Training.
