Help Jeremy Have Heart Surgeries

Jeremy Sayers is a 37 year old Air Force Veteran with 2 children, 2 dogs and a devoted wife.  On August 5th 2018, Jeremy Sayers went to the local emergency room for shortness of breath. He was quickly diagnose with decompensating heart failure and Vtach. After many tests, Jeremy found out that his ejection fraction (how well his heart pumped blood) was at 10%. After a heart catheterization at Trumbull Memorial, the cardiologist didn't feel confident in treating Jeremy's condition and was concerned that he may need a heart transplant. He was then transferred to Cleveland Clinic. The doctors there ran their own tests and found his heart condition to be genetic as he has no blockages in his arteries and no infection in his heart itself. They then decided that the first step would be a heart ablation. Jeremy instantly filled with fluid and was unable to breathe properly so they had to abort the surgery. The electrophysiologists in Cleveland are hopeful that the surgery will take some pressure off of his weakened heart muscle by correcting some of the irregular beats. Unfortunately, it could take 4 ablations to fix the problem. If it works, hopefully the medicine can repair his heart enough to avoid a transplant. Right now, it is a waiting game. In the meantime, Jeremy must wear a defibrillator vest at all times because he is at such a high risk of going into cardiac arrest. Without the vest, only  6% of people live through a cardiac arrest while at home. With all of this, his doctors will not allow him to drive or work for at least 3 months, possibly more.  As of now, one ablation will cost Jeremy $5,000 after insurance. The second one is scheduled for August 30th. With more surgeries to come and many extended hospital stays, Jeremy is unable to cover the cost of so many bills. The added stress of medical costs doesn't help his heart, but is impossible to avoid. Any help that can be given is greatly appreciated!
