In Loving Memory of Jeremy Bracken
One year ago, Jeremy Bracken was in a car
accident. Due to the severity of his
injuries, he later passed away on February 6th, 2013. Jeremy leaves behind his twin boys, Dawson
and Dakota. He also leaves behind two
nephews (my two boys') Christopher and Conner, who looked up very much to their
uncle. Jeremy was a loving father,
brother, son, uncle and friend. Jeremy
was a one of a kind guy who touched nearly everyone he met with his enthusiasm,
sense of humor and deep generosity. He
will be sorely missed. No one expects to
pass away at a young age. Jeremy's heart
beat for 10 days before he finally let go.
He knew his family would do everything to provide Dawson and Dakota with
the life he no longer could.
Please make a donation to a family who stood by Jeremy and
loved him enough to let him go. All
donations will go towards an education account that Jeremy's parents have set
up for Dawson and Dakota that they will not be able to receive until they come
of age. Any donation will be greatly
