Experimental Cancer Treatment

We are raising money in order to continue a cancer treatment called "Macrophage" that is not covered by medical insurance. We Have already used go fund me once earlier this year and thanks to the unbelievable generosity of many, we were able to begin the treatment and it is working! Tumors are shrinking and collapsing. The production of cancer cells from them is decreasing. This is stated by the doctors as a 25% improvement! Unfortunately though, due to the exchange rate between the Japanese Yen and the US dollar we are not able to continue to the recommended treatment amount as this treatment is imported. We are not happy about this but what can we do other than remain positive and solution seeking? The Macrophage treatment is considered experimental and is not widely used or known in the United States but is more common in Japan and has shown very favorable results including the benefits we have seen from it! What it does (basically) is it recruits the T-cells (cancer fighting cells) into joining the effort to kill cancerous cells in the body. When we raised the money to begin the treatment the level of hope and optimism was through the roof and continues, and now Jennifer needs help once again to continue the treatment that may well prove to be a life saver! Everything that you can do to help whether it be a prayer, a thought, or even a donation is so greatly appreciated and is giving so much more than a simple dollars value. In terms of hope, each dollar represents something so much more significant.
